Hi, I’m Maisie – the proud owner of TheLashProject&Co!

My journey in the beauty industry began in 2022, and since then, I’ve become fully qualified in Lash Extensions, Brows, Waxing and LVL. After two incredible years of working self-employed in a local salon, my mum and I decided to turn our shared dream into a reality. We took the leap and opened our very own salon together – she runs a stunning hair salon upstairs, while I manage the beauty space downstairs alongside a team of amazing self-employed beauticians.

TheLashProject&Co is more than just a salon – it’s a space where women can feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. Helping others feel their best is truly what drives me, and I’m so grateful to be doing what I love every single day.

Hi I’m Daniella, I’ve been qualified in nails for 5 years and I offer Builder Gel, Acrylic, Gel & Luxury Pedicures. What I love the most about my job is making women feel gorgeous & confident everyday! I work 6 days a week, offering 5 late nights so if your in need of some after work pampering you know where to find me.

Hi I’m Mel and I’m a lash & brow technician based at the lash project & co. I work alongside the most talented girls, and absolutely love seeing my clients happy faces leaving the salon!

I work 3 late nights a week where I finish at 8pm to make myself available for people who need after work treatments.

I have been based in the Hair / beauty industry for 3 years altogether but found a passion for the beauty side of things and have been based full time in beauty for just over 11 months now.

My favourite part of my job is seeing how confident all my clients leave the salon, and making clients bonds into friendships!

After doing nails self taught for a hobby for a few years, at the start of 2025 I decided to hand my notice in at my part time job to pursue a course in nails . The highs and lows of the process of becoming qualified in gel and builder gel nails has been the craziest but most fulfilling journey ever. When the chance to work in such a beautiful salon came around it was too much of an amazing opportunity to turn down so I am now doing nails here alongside continuing completing my a-levels. I can’t wait to carry on the journey of getting into the world of all things beauty and nails and continuing to complete courses/masterclasses to upskill and ensure I can provide the best service for my beautiful clients. and further elevate my skills!

I’m Talia, AKA Tatty Brow, and I specialize in shaping brows that enhance your natural features. I’m OBSESSED with perfecting every detail, because brows are personal.

I’ve been a shaping brows since 2023, and continuously expanding my knowledge & skills to stay on top of the latest trends & techniques —because no two clients are the same. I’ve invested in up-to-date training and only the best luxury products to prioritise the health of your brows and natural lashes, as I’m also fully qualified in the sought-after LVL lash treatment.
